      Mrs. Lugenia L. Bias

      Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lawtell, LA, for Mrs. Lugenia L. Bias, 87, who entered eternal rest, Thursday, February 12, 2015 at her residence in Opelousas, LA.

      Interment will be in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery. Rev. Justin Arockiasamy, S.V.D. will officiate at the Mass of Christian burial.

      Mrs. Bias is survived by her children, four sons, Clayton Bias of Lawtell, LA, Ronald Bias (Diana) of Baton Rouge, LA, Lawrence Bias (Manella) of Lawtell, LA and Randy Bias of Opelousas, LA; six daughters, Rosa Mae Victorian of Lake Charles, LA, Mary Jane Jason (Andrew) of Lawtell, LA, Gloria Creatien (Joseph) of Opelousas, LA, Barbara Jason of Baton Rouge, LA, Lou A. Babineaux of Lafayette, LA and Sandy Roan of Carencro, LA; a sister, Earnestine Guillory of Prairie Ronde, LA; 47 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren, 32 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and special friends.

      Mrs. Bias was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Leonard Bias, Sr.; parents, Marshall & Lugenia Vigie LeBlanc; three sons, J. Norris Bias, Claude P. Bias and Leonard Bias, Jr.; two daughters, Rosa Lee Dargin and Joyce Marie Duresseau; 4 grandsons and 2 great grandsons.

      Visiting hours will be observed from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lawtell, LA.
